Processing Duration and retention of personal data

We shall store the personal data provided for the time strictly necessary to fulfill each of the purposes foreseen. Specifically:

  • Data related to browsing on the Website: We will store the data collected through the use of Cookies in the aforementioned terms, and for the term established in the Cookie Policy.
  • Data related with accounts created on the Website: We will store this data until you voluntarily withdraw your consent to the data related to the account that you created in the past.
  • Data related to support claims: We will store the data necessary to provide support until the query is solved, as well as for the time strictly necessary to comply with the applicable legal obligations.
  • Data processed for marketing purposes: We will keep you updated on our latest news, webinars and events related to the DOME project and the marketplace. We will store this data until you withdraw your consent, what you can voluntarily do at any time.
  • Data collected to keep in touch with you: Whether we have collected your professional data through our contact form published on the Website, through LinkedIn, on the Internet or directly in a live event, we will process this data for the strictly time to keep in touch with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

 

International communication and transfer of personal data
The Joint Controllers shall not disclose the personal data processed to any third party, except at the express request of a court or request from the law enforcement authorities.
All Joint Controllers are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), so the transfer of personal data will be under a secure level of data protection and ensuring the confidentiality of the same. Notwithstanding the above, the Joint Controllers will not make international transfers of your data to countries that do not offer sufficient security guarantees.

 

Rights regarding the personal data processing
The User (Data Subject) has the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data:

  • Right to request access to the personal data;
  • Right to request rectification or erasure;
  • Right to request limitation / restriction of their processing;
  • Right to object to the processing of your personal data;
  • Right to the portability of your personal data; and
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Such rights may be exercised in several ways:
